What You Can Expect During the Hiring Process?

The YCP Group actively seeks to recruit high-achieving individuals to take part in managing the forefront of our businesses.

1. Application Submission

Interested candidates should submit their applications through YCP website or official LinkedIn page / job portal.

2. Resume Screening

Our internal HR/Talent Management team will take the time to review the submitted resumes and cover letter.

3. Introductory Call

Candidates who have been shortlisted may receive a phone call (depending on the position) from our HR/Talent Management team.

4. First Round Interview + Case Interview

Qualified candidates are invited for an initial interview, which may be conducted over video call or in-person.

5. Second Round Interview

Candidates will meet with senior consultants, managers, and other regional partners. These interviews delve deeper into the candidate’s expertise, knowledge, and potential fit within the company culture.

6. Background Check

We conduct thorough background checks to ensure that the candidate’s qualifications and previous experiences align with the company’s standards.

7. Offer

Congratulations! Successful candidates receive a formal letter detailing the terms and conditions of employment, including compensation, benefits, and other relevant details.
